If your plan is not upgraded, you need to do the following:

  1. Check that your payment has been really deducted from your banking account

  2. Check that your credit card accepts payments in US Dollars or Turkish Lira, locally and internationally

  3. If you have more than one store in Knawat, then you need to check which store you have upgraded

  4. Press synchronize in the setting of your Knawat account.
