In case the order or one of items is defective, then you need to notify us immediately by writing an email to [email protected] attaching some pictures of the item, and your issue will be investigated by the concerned Dept. Then, in case the error is from Knawat, then the same item will be shipped to your customer again or a balance will be added to your account.
