In case the order or one of items is missed, then you need to notify us immediately by writing an email to [email protected], and your issue will be investigated by the concerned Dept. Then, in case the error from Knawat, then the same item will be shipped to your customer again or a balance will be added to your account.

And if the issue is related to the shipping company, then we will contact them to follow up the issue and solve it.
