Knawat accepts returns only in the following cases:
- The product arrives in a damaged condition,
- Or The product does not match the requested one
In this situation, you should report the issue to us within two hours of order delivery, and Knawat will investigate the case, and in case it is accepted, then Knawat will ask you to return the product to its headquarter in Istanbul, Turkey, or keep the product for you, and your Knawat account balance will be refunded with the same product amount, and you in turn can re-order the same product for your customer or order another one.
Unlike the previous two cases, Knawat does not accept returns of products as the companies policy is clear in this regard. Accordingly, please see the following questions for further details.
Typically, Courier representative will contact you within 3-5 days from the day you requested a return. However, it might sometimes take up to two weeks for a courier to collect the item.
If you have paid through electronic means (Credit or Debit card), the paid amount will be refunded to your Knawat account balance as a recharge. The amount paid can be used to pay/cover the cost of your next orders
We accept the return of item only if it is in an unopened, original box and/or packaging intact with all labels and barcodes on it, however, in this case, please contact Knawat customer support for more information.
A brand-new, unused, unopened, undamaged item in its original packaging. Packaging should be the same as when it was delivered to you.
The item can be returned to us through any courier you prefer
You can return an item within 14 days from delivery date, otherwise it will not accepted.
If any customer, wants to cancel or change a specific variant in an order that they have made, they should be aware of paying 3 USD, as a cancellation fee, this is considered to be the fees of returning the product to the supplier
